Terms and Conditions

The service

Nth Audit connects to your Meta ad account with your permission, reads your advertising data, and produces audit reports with findings and recommendations. It is an analysis tool: it does not run, edit, pause, or buy ads for you.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, on your own behalf or for the business you represent.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must only connect ad accounts and Pages you own or are authorised to access. If you connect a client’s account, you confirm you have their permission.

Meta connection

Connecting Meta is optional and revocable. Your use of Meta products is governed by Meta’s own terms and policies, and we must also comply with the Meta Platform Terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings or from your Facebook settings. If Meta restricts or removes API access, parts of the service may stop working.

Nth Audit is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• connect accounts you are not authorised to access;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, or bypass usage limits;
• resell the service or its output as your own tool without an Agency plan or our written consent;
• use the service in a way that breaches Meta’s terms or policies.

Plans, credits and payment

Audits are paid for with credits or a subscription, at the prices shown on our pricing section at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated, and may exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Reports and recommendations

Reports are generated automatically from data supplied by Meta and by you, and some text is written with the help of AI. They are informational. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will improve your results, and you are responsible for the decisions you make about your ad spend. Numbers may differ from Ads Manager because of attribution windows, reporting delays, currency, or time-zone differences.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your data and of the reports generated for you, and you are free to use and share your reports. We keep all rights in the service itself: the software, design, scoring methodology, and branding. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law or by Meta.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or ad spend outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and notify you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
